CST works with the core of your being – the central nervous system - where tension, holding patterns, and old traumas are often stored. Through gentle, precise touch, CST supports the release of restrictions deep within the body, allowing more ease, flow and balance. Every body releases differently. For some, the experience feels subtle; for others, it brings noticeable shifts and sensations. Each session builds upon the last, supporting your body in releasing what it no longer needs and deepening your connection to yourself over time.
