This massage involves the therapist catering to the clients specific needs.  Upon assessing what the clients intention is of the massage & the therapists intuitive nature, the massage can include Swedish, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, deep release and trigger point therapy. Th e overall nature of the massage is deep relaxation, with intentional care to release what is needed.

This massage is combining the therapeutic massage listed above with energy healing or craniosacral therapy.  The energy healing offered is a combination of Reiki & intuitive healing, mainly working within the aura, with light touch.  This promotes restoring balance within the body.  Craniosacral therapy is a gentle healing technique in which the therapist uses a series of holds along the path of the spine, from the sacrum to the cranium depending on what is needed.   This promotes recovery and relief within the body.
