Chiropractic has been a passion of mine for many years. It all started when I suffered an injury while competing on the Canadian Jr. National Track and Field Team. Seeking treatments for the injury led me to many physicians, and it was the chiropractor whose work intrigued me and helped me the most. I am a graduate of NYCC through which I obtained my Doctor of Chiropractic and Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician distinction. In 2003 I officially began my Chiropractic practice. I have remained grateful and passionate about my life's decision and I am rewarded daily with patients who trust me to help them heal and thrive through chiropractic treatment. Originally from Elmira, Ontario I have been living in Cape May County for 22 years. It has been a wonderful place to raise my son Chase and I am excited to open Live Well Chase Health Chiropractic, a comprehensive wellness center offering a variety of treatment and healing modalities to fit all of our patient's needs.
Dr. Sheila Stevens is a New Jersey native and longtime resident of Cape May County. She first experienced chiropractic after suffering an acute back injury as a teenager, and was so impressed with her recovery, she became a regular patient to help optimize her health and biomechanical wellbeing. Dr. Stevens first attended Atlantic Cape Community College and Stockton University to complete her undergraduate studies before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, in Davenport Iowa, earning her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1998. Dr. Stevens also enjoys teaching anatomy and physiology at ACCC, and is passionate about educating her students and patients about the human body. Dr. Stevens believes that while chiropractic is a great choice for pain management, it also focuses on a wellness-enhancing lifestyle, to help patients support their own body's innate ability to heal and regulate itself. Outside of the office, Dr. Stevens enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Hobbies include reading, painting, biking, triking and paddle boarding, daily walks with her dog Olive.

I was born and raised in the beautiful town of Cape May, New Jersey. Massage therapy has been calling me from a very young age and when I was 29 I decided I was ready to listen. I attended Massage therapy school at Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in Samara, Costa Rica and graduated in April of 2021. I have a strong passion for helping people heal mentally and physically. I utilize the modalities of Swedish, deep release, myofascial, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy and intuitive energy work. I am also a Reiki Master. I combine my inner intuition with the skills I have acquired over the years to help bring deep relaxation and healing to my clients. My goal is to hold a caring space for you to leave my table feeling better than you did when you arrived and with the knowledge that the true power of your healing exists within yourself.
